Coral Killing Activists!
BySince the main ecological issue I chose is happening because of climate change ruining water temperatures. i would want climate change activists to help me save the worlds coral population!
The first person i would want on my activists dream team is none other than Leonardo DiCaprio (No this is not for jokes, I’m serious). In 1988 the actor had gone to the white-house to hear from US Vice President Al Gore, Leonardo quotes that talk as the thing at made him want to start helping.
Since them he has gone on to do several documentaries and start the The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation (LDF). The main reason i would want Leonardo DiCaprio on my team is because he has been doing this stuff since he was 19 and has the knowledge and resources to get things up and running quickly!
Secondly, i would want someone who has a following, and can get our goals out quickly and too a lot of people. So the person i would want for the job is none other than Greta Thunberg. At the age of 15 she went on multiple talk shows to talk about the dangers and affects of climate change, and challenge world leaders to make a difference.
Since then she has gained quite the platform with 14.8 Million on instagram alone and with all of her post being about the dangers of climate change i think she would make the perfect second addition to my dream team.
