The person I chose was Ben Affleck.
He is an American actor that actually founded the Eastern Congo Initiative (ECI) in 2010, which is the first US based approval and granting for focusing on working with and for the people of eastern Congo. Since the founding he has partnered with a lot of Congolese, and has helped improve the lives of small farms and farmers.
I selected Ben Affleck because he is a big actor and is well known around the world, but also because he shows that he loves to support people and help the environment.
Channing Tatum

The second person i chose was Channing Tatum
He is an American actor that has worked with an organization called PlantMed, which is devoted to working and helping Indigenous people in the Amazon. PlantMed aims to help the fast destruction of the rainforest and the knowledge that the Indigenous people have with the herbs and the botanical medicine.
I selected Channing Tatum also because he is a big actor and a lot of people know him, but because how he chooses to work with PlantMed and how he wants to help the rainforest and Indigenous poeple.
