From Journalist to Activist

Martin Zavan @zavanos on twitter was a journalist for Independent Australia(IA) before he decided to start working with Greenpeace to spread awareness not only about the coral bleaching issue but about so many other climate-change issues if you interested about learning more about some of the other issues, he’s support Greenpeace solve check out his twitter.
The reason I chose Martin Zavan was because I saw a twitter post he posted. He does not have a wide follower base but what he does have is much better and more useful in my opinion. What he has is accurate information from an Australian based organization that only has one intension of making climate change coming to a much-needed halt. Zavan and Greenpeace are also not afraid of the backlash they might get, I say this because they will say what everyone is too afraid to for example, they spread documents about how the government can be a performative activist as they say how they are trying to do things to stop climate change but still let overfishing happen and harmful chemicals in sunscreen be used on the daily causing harm to the coral. Another reason I chose him was because he spreads not only hjis and Greenpeace’s opinions and knowledge but also other locals.
